What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Maintenance position at Bayou palms Assisted Living Facility?
Bayou Palms Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a part time maintenance person. The job would be 3-4 days per week and 8 hours per day.
What we are looking for includes:
- General knowledge of Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC work
- Ability to fix furniture or anything that includes a hardware issue
- Experience with fire alarms, mag locks, doors, cabinetry, windows, generators
- Ability to troubleshoot issues where knowledge may currently lack
- Someone who is organized and can keep equipment in good condition
- Experience in a healthcare facility is strongly preferred.
