Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
- Flexible work schedule, willing to work irregular hours and shifts including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with complete knowledge of safety in the workplace
- Ability to work with job-related tools
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent attendance, time management, and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of state and local codes
- Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
- Ability to work with job-related tools

- Knowledge of healthcare facilities - preferred
- Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing systems and fire systems
Benefits
- Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- The Engineer position is a behind the scenes role that is responsible for the day-to-day general maintenance at each of our facilities
- This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, reaching and ability to lift 50 pounds
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
- Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
- Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
