What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traceability Specialist position at Bayou Holdco Inc?
Description
o Inspects pipe markings for accuracy, verify pipe markings against electronic system or if required, supplied manifest.
o Capture data electronically via multiple electronic tracking systems
o Ensures stencils and pipe information are applied to pipe according to requirements noted on Job Card
o Submits all required documentation daily when required, obtain signatures as noted on documentation. i.e. Inspection, area Foreman, etc.
o Responsible for the safeguarding and upkeep of all traceability equipment, i.e. iPads, chargers, external battery, etc.
o Responsible for documenting and submitting daily time and job information, i.e. P#, Pipe Size, Location of work completed
o Responsible for all traceability, even if someone is assisting you in the traceability functions
o Responsible for the upkeep of the Traceability Office and assigned work locations
o Participation in Safety / Tool Box meetings in order to eliminate the potential to harm to yourself or others
o Participate in on-the-job and any additional training in order to provide improvement opportunities within your duties
Requirements
EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS
o High School diploma or equivalent preferred
o 1-2 years of Inventory Tracking knowledge preferred
o Detailed orientated, basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel
o Basic Mathematical Processes
o Attention to detail
