What are the responsibilities and job description for the HSE Coordinator position at Bayou Holdco Inc?
Description
o Conduct site specific safety meetings upon request
o Conduct basic HSE spot checks in the assigned Areas of responsibility (AOR) to include fire extinguishers, eye was stations, emergency station, etc.
o Conduct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory checks and maintain general upkeep on non-disposable PPE
o Printing and issuing equipment specific certifications after training
o Assisting the HSE department with investigating and report writing as required
o May be required to conduct site specific evaluation, fact finding and/or follow up on safety stand down adherence
o Grading tests following equipment specific training
o Conducting After-Incident interviews as required
o Preparing After-Accident Review documentation (AAR)
o Maintaining HSE presence in yard/facilities

Requirements
o High School Diploma or equivalent required
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o 2-3 years of Plant/Yard experience preferred
