We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and ensuring all goods are handled safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Sort, stage, and move freight within the warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Verify shipments against manifests and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Secure freight properly to prevent damage during transport
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

- Flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season
Pay: $22.20 - $26.80 per hour
