What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher - Ready Mix Concrete Industry position at Bayou Concrete, LLC?
1. Pay is dependent on experience. Must have central dispatch experience in the ready mix concrete industry.
2. Will take orders from customers and dispatch a fleet of trucks to and from job sites.
3. Preferred to have computer experienced and preferably in using the Command Alkon dispatch system.
4. The geographical area being dispatched is the MS and AL Gulf Coast.
5. Exhibit good decision-making skills and have flexible hours.
7. Be able to effectively communicate with customers including answering questions and handling problems/issues.
8. Other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
9. Experience in inside sales.
