Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and help maintain an organized and efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with New Jersey regulations
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow strict infection control and OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification preferred (NJ requirements followed)
- X-ray license required (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior dental assisting experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Dentrix dental software systems is a plus
