Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and increase retention levels for HVAC Service Technicians.
- Manage five or more technicians, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review technician performance and daily calls for accuracy.
- Guide service technicians and elevate their level of customer service.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex residential HVAC system issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory to ensure ready availability of parts and equipment.
- Uphold all safety standards.
- Adhere to all Departmental policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role for two years or more.
- Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry safety standards and regulations.
- Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and pre employment drug test.
