Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with management to create job descriptions and questionnaires based on job requirements
- Source candidates - looking for multiple candidates to work on large construction sites.
- Interview, screen, and hire
- Seek out qualified candidates that may be working for the competition
- Undertake special projects as assigned
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and participate to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must promote Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
- Must possess proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- Must possess the ability to learn Company computer system(s).
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Regular attendance is required
- Prefer a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources or related field; experience equivalent will be accepted.
- Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the Company.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Prefer construction technical recruiting experience
