Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and apprentices on residential job sites.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Interpret and execute electrical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to report on progress, workforce needs, and potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance, hands-on support, and mentorship to crew members.
- Order and track materials and tools required to keep projects moving efficiently.
