We need a Business Analyst who can work with Product and PMO teams to ensure all the tickets are timely updated, confluence pages are organized and well documented.
Earlier this work was done by a data scientist on the team and as the scope gets broadened, the task has become increasingly complex and time consuming.
Using the best practice of leveraging JIRA for remaining organized, and there are lot of places where detailed documentation is required, especially the ones where alignment and action items are captured over email. It is difficult for the data scientists to keep updating JIRA tickets on ongoing basis along with documentation updates over Confluence pages, status updates for leadership, etc.
