Who We’re Looking For

Senior Presentation & Creative Designer who thrives on crafting compelling visual stories and driving end-to-end creative execution. This is a role for a self-motivated creative who can work independently and take full ownership of projects, from initial brief and concept through delivery and feedback cycles.

In this role, approximately 60% of your time will be focused on high-level presentation design, while the remaining 40% will involve creative design across digital, print, and branded content. You’ll be the creative lead on your projects, blending storytelling with strategic visual design. If you have an eye for clean, impactful work and the ability to manage timelines, quality, and client expectations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Presentation Design (60%)

• Design visually impactful presentations in PowerPoint for executives, events, and internal communications.

• Handle a wide range of presentation work—from low complexity slide formatting to content rebranding, template alignment, and full slides concepting from scratch, custom template creation, and high-level deck enhancement.

• Apply medium to advanced animation of elements and slide transitions when required to support storytelling and audience engagement.

• Integrate multimedia assets (images, graphics, light video, charts) to bring clarity and visual appeal.

• Maintain brand consistency and apply best practices in visual storytelling.

• Own the creative process: from understanding the brief and gathering requirements to iteration and final delivery.

Creative Design (40%)

• Design digital and print assets including but not limited to infographics, social media visuals, internal campaign assets, and branded collateral.

• Develop new or edit existing illustrations and icons that enhance visual clarity.

• Contribute to campaign concepts, brand expression, and storytelling strategies.

• Perform basic video editing and motion design (a plus, but not required).

• Operate as the primary designer on most projects, collaborating with other team members as needed

What You Bring

Experience & Technical Skills

• 6 years of experience on both visual presentation design and brand design, or similar creative roles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects independently, with end-to-end ownership of execution, quality, and deadlines.

• Mastery of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (mostly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

• Strong command of presentation storytelling and slide design across a variety of business needs and audience types.

• Ability to self-QA work and establish quality control internal processes prior to delivery.

• Experience with brand identity systems, campaign creative, and digital/print production.

• Exceptional attention to detail, layout, and design consistency.

• Ability to adapt to feedback and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
