Job Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (REMOTE Role)
Duration: 6 months contract with extension
Pay rate: $65–$70/hr. on W2
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to support Product-to-Market (P2M) transformation initiatives within Global Technology Solutions (GTS). This role will focus on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies for large-scale technology and business process changes across sourcing, merchandising, production, inventory planning, and supplier ecosystems.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Experience supporting merchandising, sourcing, planning, PLM, DPC, or Product-to-Market systems/projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training coordination skills.
- Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption and project success.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Prosci or CCMP certification is a plus.
Salary : $65 - $70
