Global Talent Acquisition Operations Contractor (10-Month Contract)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 10 Months contract with Possible extension

Reports To: Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Contractor to support our worldwide recruiting operations and projects during a maternity leave coverage. This role will ensure operational continuity, manage global TA initiatives, and support data, process, and compliance needs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and track global TA operations projects to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
• Maintain project trackers and provide weekly updates to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, Legal, IT, Compensation, Global Mobility, and HRBPs on cross-functional initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for global TA operations requests across corporate clusters.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with global recruitment standards and the TA Playbook.
• Manage relationships with vendor partners (e.g., background check providers, recruitment tool vendors).
• Support data and reporting needs using Workday and Power BI dashboards.
• Oversee the U.S. interview scheduling process and manage the TA Specialist supporting interview coordination.
• Maintain compliance with global recruitment policies and procedures.
• Support additional global TA operational priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management (global experience preferred).
• Prior recruiting or HR experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities across global time zones.
• Experience with Workday ATS and Power BI preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, IT, and other business partners.
