Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS databases, and other channels.
- Recruit for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, Product, and Business Analyst roles.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, communication, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Develop targeted Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Partner with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and support offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
- Proven experience recruiting for a broad range of technical positions.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
