Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
- Conduct electrical repairs, including wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and using tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits.
- Carry out welding tasks for structural repairs or equipment fabrication, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Execute painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and protect surfaces from wear.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, providing leadership and guidance to junior team members when necessary.

Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles within residential or manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits, wiring, and using testing tools like ohmmeters.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
Pay: $14.25 - $15.00 per hour
