What you’ll do
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve outstanding performance and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement effective cleaning procedures for various surfaces and materials, including floor care techniques that enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality.

Basic qualifications
