Job Description.
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making them the first point of contact for guests and helping to create memorable experiences.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.
• Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance guest relations and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred with Synxis expereince.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in front desk operations or night audit functions is advantageous but not mandatory.
