Job Summary
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Whether managing check-ins, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality every day. Must be able to work both 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Support guest relations by offering personalized service and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to uphold high standards of guest services
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests and team members
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Experience in resort or hotel environments enhances your ability to handle guest relations confidently
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
