Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized according to established standards.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
