Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to maintain a pristine environment
- Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and outdoor areas to uphold cleanliness standards
