PRN (Hybrid) Adult and Child Psychiatrist – Springdale, AR
At MedMark, we take a patient-centered approach to opioid addiction treatment. In the first days of treatment, we design an individualized plan that is suited to patient needs. We do not just offer rehabilitation counseling and methadone treatment; MedMark clinics also provide physical evaluations, drug screenings, case management services, relapse prevention education, and after-care planning. Additionally, certain clinic locations offer methadone detox, buprenorphine maintenance, and group counseling. All of our services focus on helping patients achieve long-term sobriety to enhance overall wellbeing and improve quality of life.
Job Summary:
The Psychiatrist will serve at BayMark Health Services in the state of AR as required by the Department of Public Health regulations. This individual, who will be licensed in the State, provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment when necessary, within the context of state, county & other regulatory bodies.

Job Summary:

This individual, who will be licensed in the State, provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment when necessary, within the context of state, county & other regulatory bodies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide psychological evaluation and treatment when necessary to at risk patients and is available by phone to discuss in a consultative manner, patients with co-occurring disorders.
- Provision of timely feedback to Administrative/Medical/Counseling staff regarding clients who are psychologically at risk and facilitates the identification of the most appropriate treatment intervention.
- Sign patient record notes, when appropriate
- Provides patient education specific to various psychological conditions/symptoms within our scope of practice
- Must be available during working hours by telephone and access to a computer without violating company policy.
- Regular consultation and availability is to be maintained.
- Current license to practice medicine in the stateof AR
- Board-certified psychiatrist qualified to provide psychiatric services to adults and juveniles
- Able to credential with all payors
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
