What You Will Do
As a Vital Member Of Our Clinical Team Under The Guidance Of The Nursing Supervisor, You Will Help Empower Patients On Their Healing Journeys By
- Driving Quality Care: Implementing treatment plans, managing pharmacological services, and acting as a key medical liaison providing multi-level psychiatric and medical care.
- Partnering with Providers: Collaborating closely with medical and psychiatric consultants to coordinate individual client clinical care.
- Streamlining Clinical Excellence: Completing timely nursing assessments, monitoring labs and PCP communications, and maintaining our high standards of agency compliance.
- Supporting a Safe Environment: Coordinating infection control protocols and ensuring seamless navigation of our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Licensure: Active Ohio Nursing License (LPN or RN).
- Experience: 3 years of nursing experience preferred, ideally with a background or strong interest in mental health, substance use treatment (AOD), or acute care settings.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaborative abilities, with a passion for treating patients and their families with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to interpret clinical information accurately.
