Looking for a strong, operationally-driven leader to oversee day-to-day operations of a treatment center focused on substance use disorder care.
This role is ideal for someone who can:
✔ Lead cross-functional teams (clinical, nursing, operations)
✔ Own P&L and drive operational performance
✔ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards
✔ Build a high-performing, patient-centered culture
✔ Partner with executive leadership on strategy and growth
