What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team of Counselors and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care
- Oversee intake operations and assign/manage counselor caseloads
- Maintain your own manageable caseload while ensuring compliance and documentation standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and guide clinical performance through mentoring and training
- Serve as Acting Treatment Center Director as needed
What You Bring:
- Active OH license: LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC.
- 3 years’ experience working with chemically dependent populations
- Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting
- Compassionate, team-first mindset with a commitment to ethical care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus
- Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen
