Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacy personnel with routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Organize, label, and restock medication supplies as directed by authorized pharmacy staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and organize pharmacy documentation.
- Help receive and store supplies according to facility procedures.
- Support medication distribution workflows under appropriate supervision.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure pharmacy work area.
- Follow confidentiality requirements and applicable safety procedures.
- Communicate with pharmacy staff and other departments to help resolve routine supply issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, inventory, or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities.
