Hours: Full Time
Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.
Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,105.60
BSW Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist with a passion for treating a variety of general orthopedic and oncology diagnoses, including lymphedema. Our multi-disciplinary clinic offers PT, OT, and ST in an environment that encourages teamwork and clinician development. The ideal candidate will be a flexible self-starter, team player with excellent communication skills to facilitate interactions with vendors and referral sources. Outpatient ortho experience required, lymphedema experience and/or certification strongly preferred. Willing to consider level II fieldwork in outpatient adult orthopedics.

- Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
- Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing OTs
- Complete and maintain required trainings
- Maintain compliance with government regulations
- Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR required
- Outpatient adult orthopedic experience (willing to consider levell II fieldwork)
- Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
- Lymphedema experience and/or certification (student rotations considered)
Salary : $75,920 - $103,106
