BSW Rehab at Dallas Carroll Ave. is looking for a Center Manager for our facility located at the corner of N Carroll Ave and Gaston Ave in Dallas. This location treats orthopedics with a heavy emphasis on sports clientele. This location staffs 5 full time PT's with growth opportunities as the right clinician fit is determined. We are a Select Sports Center of Excellence and engage a dynamic team of clinicians with patients looking to perform at pre-injury levels. Most all clinicians are SCS or OCS or are on the track to test for specialization. We support the education and training/mentorship to achieve the specializations you desire. - Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required) - Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
