BSW Rehab Arlington Parks seeks a full time physical therapist to fulfill Center Manager role at this location. We provide high-level care to a wide variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries. This position requires 40 hours of patient care, along with administrative duties and relationship development. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with great communication skills and solid manual therapy skills. This candidate should also be energetic, innovative, organized, autonomous, and eager to contribute to program development. Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Thursday and 8 AM -12 PM on Friday, early and/or late shifts are required.

Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center, possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions. The CM is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifies key indicators and influences upon them. Communicates with Regional Director/Market Manager on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required) - Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
- A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
