Responsibilities
This position is a key member of the hospital's exectuvie leadership team, contributing to the overall success, strategy and operational excellence of the organization. This leader is responsible for fostering a high-performing, collaborative rehabilitation program while aligning departmental goals with broader objectives of the hospital. We are seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional emotional intelligence who can cultivate an innovative, curious and growth-oriented culture. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong self-awareness, empathy and the ability to build trust and engagement across interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications
• Current state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Speech discipline: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association preferred.) • Masters Degree or higher preferred. • Three to five years of therapy experience required, three of these years in rehabilitation preferred. Three or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred. • Certified BLS required within 90 days of hire or promotion.
