DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 25%: data processing and quality control monitoring
- 25%: analyzing clinical genomics data to determine variant identity
- 25%: ordering and tracking confirmation testing
- 25%: case status tracking with the ability to meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics or related field
- Certification (optional): MB(ASCP)
- Prior working experience in CLIA lab and NGS data analysis is preferred
- Experience with data quality assessment
- Familiarity with HGVS standards of variant nomenclature (http://varnomen.hgvs.org)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
