• Identify issues and restore tooling/dies to optimal performance.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent failures.
• Team with engineering and production to troubleshoot effectively.
• Apply precise metrology to confirm conformance to spec.
• Maintain thorough, accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Assist with the design and build of new tooling as needed.
• Mentor junior technicians, reinforcing safety (including LOTO) and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling/certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in tool and die repair.
• Strong grounding in machining methods and materials.
• Hands-on mastery of precision measuring tools and shop equipment.
• Detail-focused problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Works well independently and within a team; safety-first mindset.
