Role Description
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Leasing Manager and play a vital role in managing the entitlement and permitting process from application through approval. This position involves coordinating with consultants, agencies, and internal teams to secure necessary approvals while building a strong pipeline of qualified tenant prospects for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entitlement and permitting process from application through approval.
- Coordinate with consultants, agencies, and internal teams to secure approvals.
- Identify and prospect prospective tenants for office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use spaces.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified tenant prospects.
- Negotiate letters of intent and leases for office, retail, and ground spaces.
- Prepare leasing materials, presentations, and market analyses.
- Track market trends, competing projects, and tenant requirements.
- Collaborate with brokers, legal, finance, and property management teams.
- Report leasing and entitlement progress to leadership.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of commercial real estate experience.
- strong experience in leasing and/or entitlements/permitting.
- Proven tenant prospecting and deal-closing track record.
- Knowledge of zoning, land use, CEQA/NEPA, and municipal entitlement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and real estate databases.
