What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiation Therapist position at Bayhealth?
Ability to safely and properly deliver to patients the dose of ionizing radiation by means of external beam equipment prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist in accordance with all written instructions, photographs or diagrams concerning patient positioning, machine settings, auxiliary devices and special precautions.
Expected to assist with quality assurance, dosimetry, simulation, and mold-room activities and responsible for maintaining a smooth, efficient and timely flow of all treatments.
