As an AT&T Team Member, you'll be responsible for connecting with customers, educating them on products and services, presenting customized solutions, and assisting them through the sales process. You'll become a trusted resource for businesses and customers looking to improve their connectivity through industry-leading AT&T products and services.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers and business owners to understand their needs and recommend AT&T wireless and internet solutions
- Build relationships through engaging conversations and exceptional customer service
- Present customized product packages and promotions that fit customer goals
- Educate customers on the benefits of AT&T services and technology
- Assist with account setup, upgrades, and sales processing
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to stay informed on new products, services, and promotions
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in bartending, serving, hospitality, reception, customer service, retail, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable interacting with new people and building rapport quickly
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
