Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring IT professionals for ERP and Cloud-related positions across multiple regions with this role heavily focused on supporting the Buffalo local market.
Day-to-day activities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, from job intake and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical requirements, define role profiles, and ensure a strong match between candidates and project needs. The recruiter will utilize a variety of tools and platforms to build talent pipelines, maintain accurate candidate and requisition data, and provide timely updates and communication to stakeholders. This position also includes market research, continuous improvement of recruitment processes, and support for employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle IT contract recruiting experience to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills to effectively identify and evaluate ERP, Cloud, and other specialized technology talent including application development and data engineering skill sets.
- Candidates should possess Hiring skills, including interviewing, assessment, and decision-making, to ensure high-quality selections aligned with client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment as well as occasionally be onsite with our consulting teams in Buffalo for meetings, lunches, and happy hours
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a focus on positive candidate and client experiences.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
