What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst II position at BayForce Technology Solutions?
The principal duties of this role will be balance sheet analysis, journal entry processing, account reconciliation, and cash application analysis.
- Prepare monthly/recurring journal entries
- Process corporate initiated transactions (CIT’s) from technical accounting
- Complete balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
- Work across departments and geographical locations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded at month end
- Assist the cash and bank team in the research of open cash items
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP
