JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Serve as food service assistant for the
Bayfield County Jail. Prepare food for inmates. This position will be
scheduled 20 hours per week. Some weekends and holidays will be
required. Examples of Duties a. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage
areas and walk-in coolers. b. Prepare meals as identified by the menu
plan and for the special needs inmate population. c. Maintain records of
kitchen operations. d. Assist Lead Cook in ordering food service
supplies from vendors. Maintain adequate supply level. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Three or more years experience in food service. Preferable experience in
quantity food service for large groups. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be
able to lift mild to moderate loads, up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for
