Job Summary:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with a PVP Scientist during summer field trials at the Woodland site. Responsibilities:
• Assess plant parts based on calibration guides to collect high quality, reliable data on fruit and vegetable characteristics
• Input collected data into data management systems using computers or tablets
• Work alongside the PVP Scientist to assess plant maturity and ensure timely completion of data collection activities
• Perform general laboratory maintenance tasks to support ongoing research operations
• Maintain accurate records of field observations and measurements
• Follow established protocols and procedures for data collection and quality assurance
Skills:
• Proficiency in using computer programs for data input and management
