Administrative Assistant
Description
The administrative assistant for the Regulatory Scientific Engagement team should have the ability to perform a wide variety of administrative support tasks with minimal supervision as well as work with internal associates at all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and coordination of meetings and tours
- Development and support of team newsletters
- Administration of large meetings (running presentations, sending invites, coordinating speakers)
- Planning and coordinating team events
- Maintenance and Organization of Team Point sites
- Support arrangement of international and domestic stakeholder visits
- Planning and supporting conference presence, including booth logistics and procurement of branded materials, giveaways, handouts.
Requirements
- High School diploma / GED required
- Minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Microsoft Live, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Point
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while responding to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
- High level of professionalism with a focus on teamwork and the ability to cultivate and maintain positive working environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars
- Excellent communication skills are required as the role requires interfacing with both internal and external customers.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Local Candidates only - Must be on site 1x per week and as needed 1-2 extra days possible per month.
