What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer Project Manager position at Bayer Becker?
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration in the state of Ohio
- 5 years experience in civil engineering site plan design consulting
- Strong electronic design skills (preferably Civil 3D)
- Civil engineering design skills with a focus on site planning, grading, utility systems, storm water management, sanitary sewer and water main design, and roadway improvements
- Project management including guiding clients through all phases of project delivery (planning, scheduling, estimating, design, finance, and client management)
- Developing designing and peer review of project construction document plans and specifications
- Regulatory coordination, permitting and attending public agency review evening meetings
- Construction administration
- Supervision of project technical staff
