Minimum Responsibilities
- Perform fixture installation, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks.
- Engage in mold remediation efforts as needed, following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure structures are plumb and level during framing carpentry tasks.
- Apply caulking where necessary to seal joints and gaps effectively.
- Participate in construction painting projects, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
Qualifications
- Must have clean & valid Driver License
- Must have your own tools and vehicle
- Proven experience in carpentry or related labor work is preferred.
- Familiarity with fixture installation techniques and hand tools is essential.
- Knowledge of mold remediation practices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of framing carpentry principles is necessary.
- Skillful application of caulking techniques is needed for effective sealing.
- Experience in construction painting will be advantageous for this role.
- Ability to lift, carry, hold, heavy building materials including sheets of drywall, plywood, cabinets, vanities, and countertops.
- Positive disposition with a team player mindset.
