What you will do:

• Manage an assigned book of commercial business with a focus on accuracy, retention, and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through proactive communication and personalized service.
• Prepare renewal reviews, process endorsements, and handle billing questions and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with producers, underwriters, and carrier partners to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
• Review policies, audits, and certificates to ensure compliance with client and carrier requirements.
• Identify and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements and cross-sell needs.
• Provide prompt assistance with claims inquiries and other client service needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and transactions in the Agency Management System.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency and departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance coverages, rating, and underwriting processes.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems. (Applied Epic preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comparative rating software.
• High degree of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
