Key Responsibilities- Communication: Answer multi-line phones, relay messages to nurses, and greet residents, families, and doctors.
- Record Keeping: Update patient charts, file medical documents, and enter resident data into the computer system.
- Coordination: Schedule medical appointments, arrange resident transport, and order medical office supplies.
- Compliance: Follow HIPAA rules to keep all resident health information private and secure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required - High School or Equivalent
- Preferred - Technical - Unit Secretary
