BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Position Details:
- Location: Tampa, FL - Hybrid (Must reside in the State of Florida)
- Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
- Days/Shift: Monday - Friday
- Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekends
The Transition Coordinator will work on-site on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a varied team to manage all activities surrounding the opening, closing, acquiring, and movement of physician practices and individual physicians and ACPs within BayCare Medical Group.
- This activity includes ensuring physical locations, equipment, marketing, systems, and support is in place to ensure the smooth onboarding of the practice and provider.

Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years Project Management or 5 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations
- OR High School degree with 8 years Project Management
- OR 8 years in a leadership role within Physician Operations and/or a combination of both experience types.
