BayCare Alliant Hospital is a licensed 48-bed specialty hospital that provides ICU and extended acute care services to patients requiring a longer period of time for medical treatment and recovery. Our nursing staff receive critical care training and participate in a comprehensive interdisciplinary team approach which includes 24 hour respiratory services, rehabilitation, nutrition, case management, social services and pharmacy.

The Clinical Nurse II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Is responsible for professional accountability and development. The CN II performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS
- 6 months RN acute care experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing
