Status: Full Time
Facility: Northside Behavioral Health
Location: Tampa, FL
Hours: M- F 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Patient Access Services Coordinator- Behavioral Health Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative direction and facilitates the functions and daily activities of the behavioral health front office for the assigned service center.
- The duties may include compliance with administrative and program specific policies and procedures, training of administrative support, generating required and special interest reports, tracking required data and information, and other assigned team members. Travel may be required between service locations or other facilities. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- 2 years in a Supervisory Role
- 6 months of Insurance Related Experience
- 6 months of Medicaid Related Experience
- 6 months of Medicare Related Experience
- Preferred: 3 years Behavioral Health
- Preferred: 3 years Patients Accounts Preferred: Associates- Related Field
