BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in New Port Richey!

- Location: New Port Richey
- Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend Work: Yes On Call: No
The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:
- Plays a crucial role in promoting and implementing effective health and safety initiatives for our community.
- Uses a variety of methods to create effective campaigns, such as facilitating presentations, providing resources to the public, and conducting data-driven research.
- Responsible to develop, implement, and manage evidenced-based programs that effectively prevent alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.
- Serves as a resource to parents and district, school sites, and community agency staff related to county prevention intervention resources.
- Extensive travel is required Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Certification/License:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Driver's License
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree - Human Services or Related Field
Experience:
Preferred-1 years of substance abuse experience or 1 year of Behavioral Health experience
