We are seeking a highly polished Executive Administrative Assistant to provide advanced, confidential administrative support to senior leadership in a fast ‑ paced, mission ‑ driven healthcare environment.
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant delivers high ‑ level administrative and secretarial support to an Executive leader, serving as a trusted partner in day ‑ to ‑ day operations. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational expertise. The successful candidate will proactively manage executive schedules, coordinate complex logistics, prepare professional correspondence and reports, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative and executive ‑ level support, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings, including coordination of travel arrangements
- Serve as a professional gatekeeper by screening and prioritizing calls, requests, and communications
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Greet and direct visitors, team members, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Collaborate with the Administrative Office Supervisor and leadership team on special projects and administrative initiatives Perform additional administrative and secretarial duties as assigned in support of executive and organizational needs
Qualifications
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree in a related field
Experience
- Required: Administrative support experience
- Preferred: Executive Assistant or senior ‑ level administrative experience supporting leadership
