Summary:
- Provides evaluation, direct care, assessment, and referrals to team members utilizing observation and assessment skills, while practicing in accordance with legal parameters, guidelines, and standards for occupational and industrial nursing.
- Possess a working knowledge of OSHA, ADAAA, and NIOSH resources, worker's compensation injury and illness initial assessment, phlebotomy skills, drug screening, and placement evaluations.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with Americans with Disability Act Amendment Act as needed, providing coverage at all BayCare Employee Health locations, and other duties that are assigned.
- Based on hiring volume, workload, special events, and staffing needs, travel to all BayCare locations required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Required - Associates - Nursing; Or - Diploma - Nursing; Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing
Credentials:
- Basic Life Support
- Registered Nurse
Experience:
- 3 years - RN experience
